Fake visa racket busted, two touts held

JAIPUR: An international fake visa racket has been busted after two touts were 

arrested here, a senior police official said on Thursday.
Two Chennai based men Santosh Ibrahim Nelson and Mohd Ameen who came to deliver visas and passports to clients were nabbed last night, the Inspector-General of Police (Range I) P K Singh said on Thursday. 

Both accused were handed over to the Ajmer district police for further investigation as the primary case was lodged against them there recently, he said. 

Fake visas, passports, stamps, letter heads and other stationery have been recovered from them. 

The fake visa racket might have links with Pakistan, Bangladesh and other Gulf countries he said, adding the matter was being investigated by the state criminal intelligence unit (CIU).
